Floating Sound Meditation

Cocoon yourself in a silk hammock & become immersed in the healing powers of sound & vibration. For thousands of years, sound has been utilized in various cultures as a tool for healing. Vibration & sound healing creates a deep sense of relaxation, inner awareness & well-being.

WHAT WE LOVE:

The way the silk fabric hugs your body creates a deep state of relaxation. It allows your nervous system to unwind & your body to completely relax into the support of the fabric while being completely suspended in the air.

You can feel the vibrations of sound travel right through your body as the musicians play the bowls underneath you and around you. It is a 3-dimensional experience while you’re floating in the air.

Leave feeling a sense of deep peacefulness and serenity as you emerge from the experience.

We use a variety of singing bowls and instruments, as well as a gong. The setup is truly amazing with a beautiful ambiance
