Our First Ball Contact Camp is designed for players looking to improve their serve receive, passing, and defensive skills—the foundation of every great volleyball player. This camp focuses on ball control, reading the game, and quick decision-making, ensuring athletes develop the consistency and confidence needed to handle the first touch effectively.
What to Expect:
Serve Receive Mastery – Learn proper platform angles, footwork, and movement to improve passing accuracy.
Defensive Techniques – Develop quicker reactions, better positioning, and effective digging techniques.
Hand Passing & Overhead Skills – Improve your ability to take balls with your hands and make clean, controlled first contacts.
Reading & Decision-Making – Train your ability to anticipate attackers’ shots and make smart adjustments.
Game-Like Repetitions – Competitive drills that simulate real match scenarios to build confidence under pressure.
This camp is perfect for liberos, defensive specialists, and all-around players who want to sharpen their first contact skills and elevate their game. Whether you’re new to the position or looking to refine your technique, this camp will give you the tools to set your team up for success on every play!

Times: 9:00am-10:30am (Attacking/Serving is after)

ATTACKING & SERVING CAMP
Our Attacking & Serving Camp is designed for players who want to elevate their offensive game by improving their hitting mechanics, shot selection, and serving consistency. This camp will focus on developing powerful, strategic attacks and serving skills that put pressure on opponents.
What to Expect:
Hitting Mechanics & Footwork – Learn proper approach techniques, arm swing mechanics, and timing for maximum power and efficiency.
Shot Variety & Smart Attacking – Develop the ability to hit with power, finesse, and accuracy, including roll shots, tips, and deep-court swings.
Serving Consistency & Power – Improve float, jump float, and topspin serves while working on placement and accuracy.
Reading the Defense – Learn how to recognize defensive positioning and adjust your attacks to score effectively.
Game-Like Repetitions – High-rep drills and competitive scenarios to build confidence in attacking and serving under pressure.
This camp is perfect for outside hitters, opposites, middle blockers, setters, and any player looking to become a more effective attacker or server. Whether you’re working on generating more power, improving ball placement, or mastering a new serve, this camp will give you the tools to become a more dominant offensive player
