About the event

Women's Self Defense Workship

Join us for a women's self-defense class at FirstHealth Fitness Pinehurst. The event is Saturday, Aug. 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The workshop includes discussion and instruction followed by 90 minutes of practical application of defensive skills. Taught by FirstHealth Public Safety Officer Kurtis Hall.

Free for members and guests. Space is limited to 16 registrants, and the minimum age is 14 years old. Register by calling 910-715-1800.
