The Village of Pinehurst invites residents, property owners, and stakeholders to a drop-in style public meeting on the Planned Development Ordinance (PDO) update:

🕓 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
📍 Assembly Hall, 395 Magnolia Road
Explore interactive stations and an ongoing presentation showcasing proposed changes to the PDO, which governs zoning, development standards, building design, and more. Village staff and consultants from Kimley-Horn will be on-site to answer questions and gather community feedback.

The PDO update will implement the 2019 Comprehensive Plan’s vision for Pinehurst, modernize outdated regulations, and create a user-friendly guide for future growth.
