As the school year approaches, join us for a fun and meaningful hour of family yoga and mindfulness designed to help your child—and you—step into the year feeling calm, connected, and confident.
This class is perfect for elementary-age kids and younger children alongside a parent or caregiver. Through playful movement, breathwork, and simple focus tools, we’ll share practices you can use at home or in daily routines to support emotional well-being, transitions, and resilience throughout the school year.

This class also offers a sneak peek into our Sublette County Youth Yoga & Mindfulness Program launching this September with the help of our Sublette County Libraries and numerous local sponsors. If you're curious what your child might learn during our monthly sessions at the Pinedale and Big Piney Libraries, this is a great chance to experience it together, and see how these tools can create a ripple of calm and connection at home.
A healthy snack and water will be provided.

All profits support our Sublette County Youth Yoga & Mindfulness Program, offering free monthly classes to local youth during the school year.
