You’re warmly invited to join us for this month’s Mindfulness Walk—a peaceful, heart-centered gathering in nature where we’ll gently explore the theme of Flow and Emotional Healing.

Life moves in waves—sometimes steady, sometimes unpredictable. This month, we’ll invite a softening. Together, we’ll walk with intention, letting the natural rhythm of the trail help us loosen what’s stuck and reconnect with our inner current.

We’ll pause along the way for grounding practices, breathwork, and quiet moments of reflection. Whether you're carrying something heavy or simply craving a sense of ease, this walk offers space to breathe, release, and return to yourself.
