Beneath Our Feet

Take a step back in time as we dive into the fascinating world of geology with a special focus on Hollis Quartzite! Join us on a guided exploration where we'll examine samples of Hollis Quartzite, hike through exposed outcrops, and uncover the natural forces that shaped the land beneath our feet. We will end the program with a fun geology-themed craft. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required at the Park Office or by calling 706-663-4858. Admission: $10. $5 parking.
