Be a Player Free Sports Physicals

Last chance for our FREE sports physicals in 2025! We will be at Oak Ridge High School Saturday, July 19th providing our free services to all the surrounding communities.
All incoming High School Freshman and first time High School students choosing to participate in athletics, cheer, band and/or JR ROTC, you must have an ECG performed. We are offering those free of charge as well through our amazing partners Who We Play For but you must pre-register using the appropriate QR code on the attached flyer.
Just a reminder, a parent or legal guardian MUST sign your form in order to receive our services. Make your plans now and we will see you all on Saturday!
