Women's Self Defense Seminar

Basic Women's Self Defense Seminar!

We will cover the basics of keeping yourself safe as well as what to do in the event that a threat cannot be avoided.

This is an introductory class for women of all ages, but we recommend 14 yrs and up. Perfect for those heading off to college or out into the workforce for the first time.

The fee for the two hour seminar is $35 per person,
or register with a partner - 2 for $70 (mothers, daughters or friends)
