This month's Yoga in the Loft is holiday-themed!

Exercise and relax with Florence “FloEssence” Love during this yoga workshop. A certified yoga instructor, FloEssence will lead participants through an hour of yoga exercise, followed by a wind-down guided meditation session.

Whether you are new or experienced, this will be an enriching experience for everyone.

Please wear yoga-appropriate attire. Yoga mats will be available or participants may bring their own.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Florence "FloEssence" Love is a Taekwondo 3rd degree Black Belt and certified yoga instructor. She leads the "Yoga in the Loft" classes at The ARTSpace on Main.
