Forest Bathing - A Summer Solstice Celebration

The summer solstice is a time to celebrate the long, bright light of summer. Let us go into nature to celebrate the season and enjoy mindful time in nature. Science shows that connecting with nature boosts immunity, creativity, and relaxation. It can lower blood pressure, cortisol levels, and your heart rate.

Together we go slowly into the woods to bath in all of our senses. We connect with ourselves and the world around us. At the end of our experience, we enjoy a tea circle to express our gratitude.

Each experience is about 2 hours.
For persons 15 years and older.
Rain or shine.
All fitness levels welcome. Must be comfortable on a nature trail in the woods.
I love animals but pets stay home.
