About the event
SUP Yoga
Immerse yourself in nature, find your center, and deepen your breath. Class starts with basic paddling instruction on land, a paddle up the river, and then anchoring in a protected area near Baseline Lake. Then you will be led through accessible yet challenging yoga poses with variations for all skill levels. Class builds to more challenging (for you) yoga poses and ends with a relaxing savasana on the water, before paddling back as a group. Some paddling experience is important, as we do have to paddle for about 10 minutes before doing yoga.
$45 for class, board rental included -OR- $35 for class, if you bring your own board
