This is a Full Moon Paddle at Ray Roberts Johnson Branch Park.
This is planned to be a 2hr paddle on a remote cove. We will paddle the Cove ending up at the main body of the Lake and Islands at sunset approx. 3 miles.
As you paddle through the tranquil waters of Ray Roberts Johnson Branch Park during the full moon and sunset wildlife paddle, you may spot a range of fascinating creatures. Keep an eye out for playful otters, majestic Great American Pelicans, Cormorants, and a range of other wildlife such as deer, raccoons, squirrels, and even beavers, who are known for their impressive engineering skills.
