Join us for our Howl-O-Ween in the Park!
We will have plenty of fun for everyone! During this event guest will have the opportunity to meet some dogs, learn about your communities efforts to help dogs, and join in on the dog related fun in the form of a costume contest, Ranger led hike, and more!

**Howl-O-Ween Event:
When: October 25th - 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Where: DORBA Parking Lot - Look for the sign
Who: All ages and dogs welcome!
Bring: Water for yourself and your pup, trail or comfortable walking shoes, costume to win!
**Enter a FREE RAFFLE! 10am-12:45pm
Stop by our welcome table and enter in our raffle for a chance to win some Texas State Park swag and a dog toy.
Raffle winner will be picked at 12:45pm before the dog costume contest.
(winner must be present to claim or will draw again)
**Meet and Greets: 10am-12:45pm
We will have guest set ups from local community with information on rescues (more details to come)
**Local K9 Celebrity Guest Appearance: TBD-more details to come
**Canine Skins N Skulls: 10am-12:45pm
Stop by our Skins and Skulls table to learn about our native Canine friends and make your very own plaster track to take home!

**Bark Ranger Hike: 11am-11:45am
Join a Ranger on a short hike to learn how the Leave No Trace Principles apply to our furry friends and have our fury friend sworn in as BARK Ranger.

**Dog Costume Contest: 12:45pm-1pm
Compete in our Dog Costume contest for some great prizes in the form of TPWD swag, dog goodies, and bragging rights as the star of our social media!
3 potential prizes which include a prize for Overall best costume, most creative, and most park related!

!!Dogs are not required to participate, everyone is welcome to join in on the fun!
!!Dogs must be on a secure leash no longer than 6ft (no extendable leashes), up-to-date on vaccinations, and appropriately socialized around other people and dogs.
