🌑 New Moon Sound Bath - 26th June 🌑
This Moon in Cancer is all about deep feminine energies that transcend words and cannot necessarily be explained by the logical mind. These energies bring us back into trust, ease, and flow—back home to ourselves. So, don’t be surprised if you feel a deep need for alone time or a stronger desire for deeper connections with your loved ones.
As Jupiter has also entered this nurturing and family-oriented sign, a lot of emotions may arise. It's important to maintain your focus and avoid becoming dramatic or clingy. Overall, by using these energies constructively, this is a great opportunity to find your inner peace and "finding back home," fostering more harmony in your life.
During our next Sound Bath, we will provide a safe space and support you in understanding deep feelings without overthinking—through the most challenging yet simplest method: by allowing yourself to feel and letting things be.
All unnecessary thoughts will be washed away again. You simply need to arrive with your open heart and a pure intention to receive, without any expectations— like all the time, anytime. 💗
Please be aware that this will be our last Sound Bath evening together with Darren, as my personal journey is leading me in a different direction, outside the UK.

❗️How to prepare:
Please bring your own yoga mat to lie on, pillow, blanket and anything else that will make you feel cosy and comfortable. Water will be provided to replenish your body as it will going through a detoxification process.
