Join us for one of the most popular classes ever to be offered at Farm in the Wildwood. Already hosted for the past 4 years each fall, we planned another fun, relaxing and informative evening of Fall Soups: An Ayervedic Cooking Class by Sun Belly Cafe for you again this year.
A rare evening class, get ready to enjoy the demo soups taught by Deb, alongside some fresh, local baked breads and crudites from the garden. Bring your own beer or wine and get ready for a fabulous night!

Deb of Sun Belly Cafe has taught countless members of our community how to create simple, wholesome dishes in their homes to promote healthy eating and living. In this class she will provide instruction in:
What is ayervedic cooking?
Taking the mystery out of working with fresh ingredients
Flavors that pair well together
How to thicken soups using plant-based strategies

Tips for batch-making your soup recipes
How to preserve your extra soups for easy go-to-meals with fresh, Spring ingredients.
Class includes materials, which is extra special this time since it enjoys a few bowls of scratch-made soup to enjoy in class!
Even more, you'll go home with a set of her tried and true recipes to make and enjoy at home for years to come. It's sure to be a great time together. See you soon.
