The songs of summer have softened; birds call more sparingly, and the hum of insects gives way to the rustle of squirrels gathering their stores. Autumn is a season of quiet abundance—a time of reflection, preparation, and the gentle winding down of the forest’s year.
As a forest bathing guide, I invite you to slow down and immerse yourself in this season of fullness — to feel the pulse of the earth, engage all your senses, and let the natural world renew your spirit. It’s a time to reconnect, recharge, and let the warmth and beauty of summer nourish every part of your being.
