Autumn is a season of quiet abundance—a time of reflection, preparation, and the gentle winding down of the forest’s year.

As a forest bathing guide, I invite you to slow down and immerse yourself in this season of fullness — to feel the pulse of the earth, engage all your senses, and let the natural world renew your spirit. It’s a time to reconnect, recharge, and let the warmth and beauty of summer nourish every part of your being.

Coyote Run Nature Preserve is a 900+ acre, privately owned preserve that will give participants a unique and exclusive experience to connect with nature. It is typically only accessible to the general public by permit.
