Join us for Let's Get Loud: Raise Your Voice - a powerful 3 hour empowerment workshop designed for women and LGBTQ+ adults and youth 13 and up. This transformative experience will help you reconnect with your voice, reclaim your power and step into your authentic self. Through movement, guided journaling, group sharing and creative reflection activities, we'll create a safe, inclusive space to heal, grow and rise together. Come as you are and leave feeling seen, heard and empowered.
