FMB is excited to host the second part of our Dementia Resilience Seminar! This session will focus on prevention through three key areas: Dementia-Focused Nutrition, Non-Contact Boxing, and Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. Whether you attended the first seminar or not, you’re welcome to join us for a half-day of learning, movement, and conversation, all designed to strengthen resilience and awareness in the face of dementia.

Program Highlights

• Dementia-Focused Nutrition – Learn how everyday food choices can support brain health and reduce risk factors.
• Non-Contact Boxing – Boost memory, coordination, and resilience with fun, accessible movement.
• Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) – Strengthen memory, focus, and problem-solving skills through engaging activities.
