Agying in Place Program

Boost independence and confidence with the Aging in Place Program—a series of engaging sessions designed to support seniors’ mental and physical wellness through supervised stretching, dancing, and mobility-focused exercises. In partnership with Functional Mind and Body, this program helps improve strength, balance, and flexibility while reducing the risk of falls. The program runs for 4 days, and attendance is required each day once you sign up.
