These humble “weeds” have long been used to help relieve pain and inflammation—and now you can learn how to identify, harvest, and preserve them safely and effectively.
Led by an experienced instructor, this engaging class includes:
A foraging walk through the surrounding area to practice plant ID in the wild
A book study and discussion on historical uses and modern scientific research
A remedy-making session where you’ll prepare your own plant-based aid for home use
A deep dive into the nutritional benefits of these plants and how they can supplement the nutrient deficiencies of the Standard American Diet (SAD)
