Yin and Yoga Nidra

Tension and stress can build up in the body and mind over time, leaving us feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra offers a restorative practice to help release this accumulated tension, providing a pathway to peace, acceptance, and a deep sense of well-being.

In this workshop, we will begin by focusing on the body, stretching the fascia with gentle, long-held Yin poses, supported by breathwork and soothing hands-on assists. This prepares the body to be calm and pliable, setting the stage for Yoga Nidra—a deep, meditative “sleep yoga” that clears stagnant energy and old patterns, refreshing both the mind and spirit.

This class is ideal for anyone seeking deep relaxation and a stronger connection with themselves and higher consciousness. The space will be prepared with Reiki to further enhance the experience, creating a tranquil, healing environment.
