Restorative Yoga with Hot Stones

Enjoy a luxurious evening of bliss and wellbeing for the mind and body. During this 90-minute session, we will practice restorative yoga, which helps the nervous system to calm and the mind to rest, promoting deep relaxation and rejuvenation. With each pose, indulge in the soothing warmth of heated stones placed on the body. Don't miss this opportunity to treat yourself to an evening of self-care and tranquility.

Note that this special offering is limited to 15 attendees, in order to maximize the experience for each participant.

This is a gentle practice, accessible to and suitable for everyone. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Attendees are encouraged to bring a sweater/layers and socks.
