One Night. Fire. Wine. Under the Stars.
6PM to 9PM
Dig It Gardens | Central Phoenix
We’re throwing a dinner in a garden. Not a banquet hall. Not a wine bar. A garden. In Central Phoenix. At night. With live fire and winemakers who flew in from Guanajuato just for this. The family behind Guanamé aren’t glossy tasting-room personalities. They’re ranchers and farmers first. The kind of people who work the land all day and then talk about soil like it’s a family member. For one night, they’re bringing that energy here.Chef LT Smith of Chilte will be cooking over open flame, building a menu inspired by Guanajuato and the spirit of ranch life. Expect bold, smoke-kissed dishes that are meant to be shared, not stared at.
You show up around golden hour. There are welcome bites. A glass in your hand. You meet Alejandro and Elias Torres, hear how high-altitude vineyards and ranch life shape the wines. No rehearsed speech. Just real conversation. Then we sit down at long, family-style tables.
• Welcome bites + Meet the Makers
• Three savory courses, cooked over live fire
• Dessert
• Shared plates, shared bottles, shared stories
We seat you together on purpose. Because the best dinners get better when you’re passing tortillas to someone you didn’t know two hours ago.By dessert, you’ll probably feel like you’ve known the table a while.
Wines from Guanamé, poured by the Torres family themselves.
You’re not just tasting. You’re hearing where it came from. The ranch. The land. The risks. The work.
Wine will flow throughout the evening, thoughtfully paired and served in a way that keeps things communal and easy.
If something hits you just right, we’ll have special retail pricing available. Take bottles home or have one opened at the table and keep things rolling.
Dig It Gardens. Open air. Desert greenery. Stars overhead. Live fire going. We’re leaning ranchero. Boots are a good idea. Hats welcome. No dress code stress. This isn’t a stiff wine dinner. It’s a night for people who like smoke in their food, stories in their glass, and meals that actually feel like something.Seats are limited. When it’s full, it’s full. Come hungry.Come ready to talk to strangers. Come stay awhile.
