SolFlow Sesh is a space where we combine the medicine of cannabis, movement, and music to create a healing experience.

Flows by Kionna Sol 🧘🏽‍♀️ X Sounds by DJ Jasmine Frio 🧚🏽 will help us drop deeper into our bodies & vibe!

We’ll kick things off with an intentional edible tasting and a short convo on how cannabis can support your yoga and meditation practice when used with intention.

Then we’ll have a 45 minute Solflow

As someone who’s worked in the cannabis industry for two years, I’ve seen this plant be powerful medicine for many and through my own healing journey, it’s been a great teacher. That’s the heart of this love offering.
