Right before the holidays when stress, pressure, and emotional overwhelm reach their peak we are coming together as a community to learn how to create safe, calm, connected households.
This 2-day intensive offers practical and spiritual tools to help families communicate without harm, regulate emotions, and rebuild trust.
Whether you are a parent, partner, teacher, caregiver, or spaceholder, this intensive will give you the skills to navigate conflict, hold space, and reduce shutdowns and explosions in your home.
