• Church Crisis ResponseDevelop clear complaint and response procedures, understand when and how to conduct investigations, and learn when to involve legal counsel or law enforcement.
• Church Crisis Recovery & CommunicationCreate a communication blueprint for staff and the congregation—what to share publicly, what to hold private, and how to rebuild trust while safeguarding against recurrence and caring for those wounded.
