PHXDW 2025: Conference Pop-Up Shops

Calling all makers! A limited number of pop-up spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis to individual maker-designers. Your reservation includes entry to the PHXDW conference hall and one 6-foot table to display and sell your wares. You will be responsible for handling all set-up, take-down, storage and sales transactions. Wi-Fi service may be spotty, please be prepared to use your own cell service just in case.

Exhibitor Fee:

• $250 (AIGA Member) or $500 (Non-AIGA-Member) fee includes a display table inside the main stage conference hall from 9:00AM Friday, September 19 through 5:00PM Saturday, September 20, 2025
• Discounted $50 fee for registered PHXDW conference attendees, verified with registration confirmation number. You'll be able to attend all the conference sessions and mind your booth at the same time.
• The fee includes an Exhibitor-Only badge for yourself and one assistant. Exhibitor-Only badges do not include admission to all Conference sessions.

Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio and video recording taken of you at the events for promotional and educational purposes in connection with Phoenix Design Week and AIGA Arizona in perpetuity, and places you on the master Phoenix Design Week mailing list.
