PAPA Phoenix is hosting an in-person member meetup — a casual, social get-together for pilots and aviation professionals in the area (or passing through).

This is a relaxed, no-agenda gathering designed to help members connect, share stories, and build community locally. Whether you’re flying full-time, instructing, time-building, airline-bound, corporate/charter, military, or simply staying plugged into the aviation world, you’re welcome.

• Casual, social meetup (not a formal meeting)
• Food and drinks available for individual ordering
• Everyone is responsible for their own check
• Come when you can, stay as long as you’d like
• Friendly conversation with fellow PAPA members

If you’re in Phoenix on a layover, short stay, or reposition, you’re absolutely welcome to join us. These meetups are a great way to connect with local PAPA members while you’re in town.

PAPA Phoenix Meetups are casual, in-person gatherings for PAPA members in and around the Phoenix area — as well as those passing through town.

These meetups are intentionally low-key and social. There’s no formal agenda, presentations, or speakers — just a relaxed opportunity to connect with fellow pilots and aviation professionals, share stories, compare notes, and build community.

Even a small group makes a great meetup — we’re growing this community one event at a time.
