The 1st Time Homebuyer Class, hosted by the Arizona Phoenix REALTIST Group, goes beyond basic steps by providing essential education from trusted industry partners. Participants gain a clear understanding of the home buying process, financial requirements and the resources needed to move confidently toward homeownership.

To ensure you receive the best guidance on your path to homeownership, the following steps must be completed prior to the event. This information helps our counselors better support you and connect you with the right resources. • Not owned a home in the past 3 years
• Step-by-step guidance on the homebuying process
• 2+ years, full-time employment or Self-employment
• No bankruptcy or foreclosure in the past 2 years
• Minimum FICO Score 620
• Min gross annual income = $55K / monthly net = $4,500
• Debt < 10% income
