Medical Support Group

You are not alone, and do not need to fight this battle on your own. Come join Sue Lynn, RN, as she provides insight on her battle with Congestive Heart Failure and how she has taken control over her health.

🗓The group meets every first Thursday of the month at 4:30 PM at Sozo Lifestyle Medicine.

The medical support group will offer a safe place to discuss:

• Physical Health Topics, such as dietary changes and exercise tolerance
• Mental Health Topics, such as transforming your mindset, grief and loss
• Your stories and feelings regarding your medical conditions and resources that can help
