Free Shirt Printing Workshop for Teens with There Space Phoenix

Did you know? There Space is Arizona’s only membership-based screen print studio! As part of AYA’s Monthly Innovators Circle Events, youth ages 13–18 are invited to join us for a hands-on screen printing experience where they will:

🎨 Learn the fundamentals of screen printing
💡 Create their own original design
👕 Print their artwork on a t-shirt

Students will receive expert guidance from our screen printing instructors and get a behind-the-scenes look at the business side of screen printing from owners and local entrepreneurs, Justice and Elijah.

Class Breakdown:

• 1–2 PM: Design and artwork – software, paper, sizing/file types
• 2–2:30 PM: Screen prep – how screens work, ink types, sourcing shirts
• 2:30–3 PM: Q&A session with instructors and owners
Part 2 (Coming in August):

The same group of kids will return for a second session to print their final shirt designs.
