On Monday Sept. 15 FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel’s Executive Chef Daniel Crabtree and Voila French Bistro’s Executive Chef Maxime Rudowski are teaming up to present a beautifully crafted four-course dinner featuring a fusion of artistry and flavor.
Celebrating the best of modern and French cuisine the menu is as follows with optional wine pairing selections noted:
First Course—Burrata and Ciabatta with roasted peach and prosciutto
Optional Pairing: Nao Nis Prosecco
Second Course—Frisee Shaved Fennel and Seared Scallop with grapefruit pea tendril and champagne-mint vinaigrette
Optional Pairing: Black Cottage Sauvignon Blanc
Third Course—Hazelnut Crusted Filet Mignon with mushrooms asparagus and a creamy mushroom demi-glace
Optional Pairing: Valravn Cabernet Sauvignon
Fourth Course—Mille Feuille with fig vanilla bean crème-patisserie caramelized chocolate and raspberry
Optional Pairing: Raventos Blanc De Nit Sparkling Rose
