If you are interested in learning how a nationally recognized photographer brings images to life, then this event is for you.
Join Joel Grimes, masterclass instructor, Canon Legend, and former Canon Explorer of Light for an in-depth look at how he creates his iconic images.
Through live demonstrations and discussion, Joel will walk through his creative process from initial concept to final execution and post-processing. He’ll share insights into developing ideas, managing the logistics behind complex shoots, his use of artificial light, and the processing shortcuts he’s refined over decades of professional work.
This two-hour session offers a rare opportunity to step inside Joel’s workflow, understand how his projects take shape, and learn how vision and technique come together. A Q&A session will follow.
This public event is co-hosted by Artlink and AZPA during Art Detour, and will be held either in the mood room at Park Central or outdoors at Artlink’s courtyard depending upon registration.
