Important note: There is no exact location for the community center and pool, enter on google maps "Avance Community Center & Pool" and it will take you directly to the parking lot. Info: 45 min outdoor yoga with a soulful flow to get you into the best state of relaxation surrounded by beautiful mountain views. Flow to the outdoor elements and music. Please dress according to weather conditions for the day. Bring a mat, water and a towel (if needed). There will be refreshments for purchase after class.

Info: Experience a calming sound bath led by Zen Jen, designed to release stress, restore balance and connect you to a state of deep relaxation. Please bring a blanket, water and pillow to make you feel more comfortable.

Info: A mat pilates class designed to activate your center, energize your body while leaving you with a sensation of strength and wellness overall. Bring a mat, water and your best energy!

Info: Local vendors will be on site showcasing their business and products will be available to purchase whether you attend scheduled wellness classes or not. Join us for drinks, food, permanent jewelry and so much more!
