Join us on September 13th , 2025 at 6:30 AM for a night filled with emotions and connections as we celebrate the release of Feels. Author, Steven P Redondo will perform a live reading of the book followed by a Q+A after.

• Parking is free. There is space in the lot and the neighboring street near the Afternoons Studio building.
• Event is free admission! However, space is limited so RSVP as soon as you can.
• There will be copies of the book (possible merch) available for purchase, along with the opportunity to have your copy signed!

About the book:

Feels is a book for everyone.

Inspired by real-life scenarios, Redondo’s debut poetry collection invites us to reflect on who we are as people, and how we respond to the world around us. Through playful verse and vibrant illustrations, Feels is an emotional exploration of our most fundamental, universally-shared experience: Feeling.

Articulating phenomena like happiness, anger, love, and forgiveness, Feels encourages readers to tap into their emotions on a personal level, pairing heartfelt stanzas with stimulating illustrations that beam off each page. Like their poetry, Redondo’s artwork evokes distinct moods and feelings in rich variety—all while emphasizing consistent themes of acceptance, empathy, community, and self-care.
