A1 self storage and flea market auction

A1 self storage and flea market will hold an auction on 8/9/25 at 12. Noon to satisfy unpaid, rent and other charges alllowed under the Oregon self storage facility act, the units and all contents will be sold in whole you will need to arrive early to get signed in there will be a $100. Refundable, cleaning deposit once you get all contents out of the unit(s) including all of the trash and it is swept out you will get the cleaning fee back you pay that before the auction starts in cash, you'll need a photo ID so we can make a copy of your ID if you do not end up bidding on a unit(s) and winning, you can come in and get your cleaning deposit right after the auction ends if you do end up winning a bid you come in right after the auction and pay for the unit(s) payment has to be in cash you got 48 hours to clean out unit(s) if you arrive after the auction has already started, you will not be able to participate in the auction.
