Grilled Stuffed Chicken Breast w/Creamy Parmesan Herb Sauce
Tender, boneless, skinless, chicken breast stuffed with a mixture of fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh herbs, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese, then grilled and topped with a creamy parmesan herb sauce.

Grilled Herb-Marinated Mahi Mahi Glazed with a Tequila-Orange Sauce and topped with Tropical Salsa
Citrus herb-marinated mahi mahi grilled to perfection, glazed with an orange tequila sauce (featuring 21 Seeds Valencia Orange Tequila) and topped with a bright and fresh tropical salsa of mango, pineapple, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice.
NOTE: Both entrees are accompanied by crispy roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus.
