About the event

Writing Tiny Stories with Sparrow

Join local author Sparrow for one more session of his writing tiny stories series.

A story may be very short – even one sentence. In this class, we will play with the idea of “story structure,” and read inspirational pieces by Aesop, Chuang Tzu, Jane Austen, Gertrude Stein, Kafka – plus the newspaper. But mostly we will write, learn from each other, and occasionally hum. Please plan on attending all 3 sessions.

About Sparrow:
Sparrow has published 11 books, including Small Happiness & Other Epiphanies (Monkfish); he lives in a doublewide trailer in Phoenicia.
