Kirtan

Kirtan is a form of devotional music and chanting rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga. It involves call-and-response singing of sacred mantras, often accompanied by instruments like the harmonium or drums. Kirtan isn’t about performance, it’s about participation. You don’t need to know how to sing or chant, just bring your presence and an open heart.

This practice helps calm the mind, awaken inner joy, and create a deep sense of connection, with yourself, with others, and with something greater. It’s a spiritual experience that speaks to the soul through sound.
