Chefs Michael Pataran and Jay Scaife invite you to join them for “An Evening of Taste” — a two-night culinary collaboration on Friday & Saturday, October 17th & 18th, hosted at Hybrid Kitchen, Street 222.
Michael and Jay have shared kitchens around the world for over 20 years, and now reunite in Phnom Penh to cook side by side once again. Jay, Executive Chef at Ruby Jack’s, and Michael, of Faith Dining Series, will present a one-of-a-kind experience built entirely around their shared passion for flavor, precision, and storytelling through food.
In partnership with Indoguna Gourmet Purveyors, this special dinner will feature a six-course All-Beef Tasting Menu spotlighting premium Tajima and Satsuma Gyu beef from Japan. The evening begins at 6:30 PM with sparkling wine, Botanico craft beer, and canapés, followed by the FAITH tasting menu at 7:15 PM. Each course will be crafted to pair perfectly with its accompanying wine — designed to capture the balance between flavor, aroma, and texture in every bite and sip.
Following the success of their previous dinner, many tickets have already been pre-sold. Seats are limited and available by presale only.
