Free Fitness Fusion Class

We are offering a free class this Tuesday, November 4, for people who have not tried Fitness Fusion before. It’s a combination class of yoga, cardio, barre, and light weights. The class is from 6:45-7:45 pm at Dance With Me (132 S 17th St. im PHILOMATH. Wear comfortable exercise wear, bring a water bottle, and bring a yoga mat if you have it. We do have several yoga mats on hand that you can borrow if needed.
