Boys division varies on the total number of entries.

Pageant registration at 12:00 noon. Pageant at 1:00 p.m
Neon Wear followed by Beauty & Formal Wear.
Contestants dance party & crowning.
Awarding EVERYTHING Neon to in the following titles.
