About this Event

Take a pause this Sunday with Encore Movement x Kula Collective for a grounding yoga reset. From 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, we’ll flow through an all-levels sequence designed to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself and the community.

Expect a mix of mindful movement, reflection, and gentle connection with others. Whether you’re new to yoga or a regular, this class will give you space to breathe, reset, and leave feeling lighter.
