CoreFitness Breakout Race and Kids Fun Run

This one-of-a-kind, USATF-certified 5K flat road race makes its way through the Fairmount neighborhood. The race starts at 22nd and Brown, runs along Fairmount Ave, through the historic Girard College campus, and ends near the Brown Street Lawn where your friends and family can celebrate your run!

WALKERS Category - the 2-mile course takes walkers through Girard College. The start/finish line is at 22nd and Brown streets. Walkers of all paces are encouraged to join!

The 1/2 mile Kids Fun Run is on the sidewalk around Eastern State Penitentiary. Join us for the official race after-party at Urban Saloon at 2120 Fairmount Ave to celebrate the event and the Fairmount neighborhood.

All proceeds from the race benefit FESPP (Friends of the Eastern State Penitentiary Park).

5K Race and 2 mile walk starts at 8:30 AM
Kids Fun Run (ages 3-12) starts 9:00 AM
