Dyll, lead trainer at FLOW (For Liberating Our Wellness), will guide a beginner-friendly movement session rooted in joy, connection, and body liberation. FLOW (IG: @flowinphilly) is a Philly-based collective centering queer and trans folks through pay-what-you-wish workouts and wellness practices. No gear or gym clothes needed—just come as you are and get ready to move, stretch, and feel into your body in a new way.
