About the Event
The Color of Calm is a 3.5-hour outdoor yoga & wellness experience centered on rest, representation, and community. This event is designed to hold space for Black and Brown folks to feel seen, restored, and connected through mindful movement, powerful conversation, and intentional healing and why we need diversity in yoga & wellness.
This is the first of many and you’re invited to come release, restore, reset & engage in discussions about diversity in yoga & wellness from 4-5 black & brown panelist sharing their experiences and insights.
Date: Sunday, July 20, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Location: Will be outside in Philly. Location Venue will be announed week before event
What to Expect:
This event is outdoors. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable. Some mats will be available for use, but are limit (I'm working on getting mats for everyone. I will keep you update!! )
