Guided by an experienced 500 RYT yoga instructor Lindsey Gill– you’ll explore the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles—and how targeted pressure can release knots, break up scar tissues, and restore movement. We’ll work through the body’s most common tension areas, such as the back, hips, shoulders, neck, and legs, while learning how to use self-massage techniques to improve circulation and alleviate discomfort.
