Philly Pride Parade & Festival - Committee needed URGENTLY

For anyone not going to DC for IGLA, please help form a committee to plan and execute Philly Pride. The Parade is easy as there are no floats/vehicles - just a sign and maybe lanes lines and speedos if you dare? The Festival is renting a table/tent and staffing it for the day 12-6pm, recruiting swimmers, selling merch and being a presence. IM me for starting points. Thank you!
